Sizing Policy

Jennifer makes jewellery items according to the size you select (where appropriate) when you (the customer) place your order.  An amendment to the product item's selected size can be made free of labour charge, once only, provided:

1. You return the product item within 14 days of purchase dispatch via Royal Mail Special Delivery and you pay for the postage and sufficient insurance to cover the cost of the item, and in accordance with our Returns Policy.
2. You pay to cover Royal Mail Special Delivery costs and insurance for returning the product item back to you.
3. You agree that we (Jennifer/White Boat Jewellery)j are not responsible for the delivery costs of returning a product item(s) for re-sizing or for lost or damaged product items(s) whilst in transit.

Jennifer will gladly re-size, re-finish or re-polish the product item at any time after the 14 days have expired, at a fee based on the cost of materials and time required to perform this work. The fee will be quoted to you before you agree to proceed with this work, and the postage and insurance requirements as stipulated above will apply.
